  • Prepare fabric markers for naming bears.
  • Ensure clear space for greeting and moving families through smoothly.

How the Booth Runs

  • Welcome children and families warmly as they arrive.
  • Give each child their very own bear and Bear Health Passport.
  • Invite children to choose a name for their bear.
  • Using the provided markers, families write their bear’s name on the bear’s ribbon.
  • Briefly explain that each booth will help their bear learn a healthy habit.
  • Let families know they may visit the booths in any order, but they should make sure to end at the Check-Out booth.
  • Encourage families to visit all the stations and collect a star sticker in their passport for each booth completed.
  • Direct families to begin their Bear Health Adventure.

Conversation Starters | Use simple questions like:

  • “What name did you choose for your bear?”
  • “Are you excited to take care of your bear today?”
