🩺 Bear Health Check-Out – “Celebrate Your Healthy Bear!”
Goal of the Booth | Celebrate children and families for completing the Bear Health Adventure and learning healthy habits together.

Booth Setup
- Set out a space for reviewing completed Bear Health Passports.
- Make sure star stickers are ready if any final completions need to be marked.
- Direct families toward the photo booth area after check-out.
How the Booth Runs
- Welcome children and families warmly as they arrive.
- Review each child’s completed Bear Health Passport using the provided materials.
- Celebrate and affirm all the healthy choices they made for their bear throughout the stations.
- Congratulate each child for completing the Bear Health Fair experience.
- Invite families to the photo booth area to take a fun picture with their bear to remember the day.
- Place any final completion stars if needed.
- Send families off with encouragement and joy.
Conversation Starters | Use simple questions like:
- “What was your favorite booth today?”
- “What did you learn about taking care of your bear?”
- “What healthy habit will you try at home?”
- “What was the most fun part of your Bear Health Adventure?”
